The International Swimming Hall of Fame's film and video archive, which dates to the 1920's, is the most extensive and comprehensive in the world. As we continue to preserve and transfer footage from film to DVD, we will be adding to the virtual archive so that historic events from aquatic history can be enjoyed throughout the world.

Wheaties Sports Foundation Films:  Hosted by Bob Richards, the only two-time Olympic gold medal winner in the pole vault, the Wheaties Sports Foundation, encouraged participation in Olympic sports in the 1960’s through the production of films like the ones in this file.

Second in the series is freestyle swimming with Don Schollander, the first swimmer to win 4 Olympic Gold medals in one Olympic Games and the first man in the world to break 2 minutes for the 200 meter freestyle.
